We encourage you to read
this Data Privacy Statement carefully. By agreeing to the Statement you will
authorize Kemira Group to retain and process your personal data for recruitment
and career planning purposes.
We recognize our responsibility to secure all the personal data you provide
with us through Kemira E-Recruitment
solution. We use appropriate security techniques to protect your data and
prevent unauthorized access into the
database.
Profiles and Applications
for Jobs
By
registering your profile/open application into our Talent Pool you will be able
to search for vacancies
and apply for jobs without having to enter the data each time. You can update
your profile when necessary.
Email address, password and user name will be used to identify the candidates.
You can view and search for jobs without registering. You can also search and
apply directly for jobs
with the reference code.
Personal Data
We ask
you to enter the following information: personal and communication data, work
experience, education,
competencies and qualifications. Candidate profile includes questions about
your job preferences. You can
also attach documents to supplement your data. There can also be job-related
questionnaires integrated into
the application wizard.
Who can access to your
data?
Your
profile and application data are only used for recruiting purposes. Your data will
not be forwarded to
the third parties outside Kemira Group under any circumstances. When applying
directly your application can
be accessed by defined hiring managers and HR professionals.
By releasing your profile/open application your data is within our database
search. HR professionals search
the database within the Talent Pool and match your profile with open vacancies.
You will then be contacted by
email and requested to apply for the job. You can lock or delete your profile
and withdraw your application at anytime.
By registering your profile and releasing it you agree to that HR may contact
you for HR marketing purposes.
Please ensure that you have closed this E-Recruitment solution and also ensure
The Internet browser cache is not
storing any data from your E-Recruitment session.
Data Retention
Your
data will be removed from our database in compliance with the local
legislation. The profiles/open applications
will be retained within The Talent Pool for six months. You can continue the
period of validity by updating your profile.
The applicant data for directly applied jobs will be retained for 18 months.

Group reserves the right to modify this Statement at any time. The effective
date is displayed at the
beginning of this notice.

Tietosuojaseloste (sisäiset ja
ulkoiset hakijat)

Tutustu huolellisesti tietosuojaselosteen sisältöön. Hyväksymällä
tietosuojaselosteen annat Kemira-konsernille
oikeuden säilyttää ja käyttää tietojasi rekrytoinnin ja urasuunnittelun
tarpeisiin.
Käsittelemme kaikkia eRekry-työkalun kautta antamiasi tietoja
luottamuksellisesti. Järjestelmän tietosuojatoiminnallisuus
varmistaa tietojen luottamuksellisen käsittelyn ja estää ulkopuolisten pääsyn
tietokantaan.
Profiilit/avoimet hakemukset ja hakemukset tehtävään
Rekisteröitymällä (ulkoiset hakijat) ja kirjaamalla
tietosi hakijapankkiin/Talent Pooliin voit jatkossa selailla
avoimia paikkoja ja hakea tehtävää ilman, että sinun tarvitsee täyttää
tietojasi uudelleen.
Voit myös päivittää profiilitietojasi milloin tahansa. Sähköpostiosoitetta,
salasanaa (ulkoiset) ja
käyttäjätunnusta käytetään hakijoiden tunnistamiseen järjestelmässä.
Voit myös selailla ja etsiä työpaikkoja ilman rekisteröitymistä. Voit lisäksi
hakea suoraan avoimeen tehtävään
työpaikkailmoituksen viitekoodin avulla.
Henkilön profiilitiedot
Profiilitiedoissa pyydetään seuraavia tietoja:
henkilötiedot ja yhteystiedot (ulkoiset), työkokemus, koulutus, osaamisalueet
ja toiveet uudesta tehtävästä ja sen sijainnista. Voit myös liittää profiiliisi
hakemusta tukevia asiakirjoja.
Lisäksi hakemusprofiilissa voi olla tehtäväkohtaisia kysymyksiä.
Kenellä on pääsy tietokantaan?
Järjestelmään tallentamiasi tietoja käytetään vain
rekrytointitarkoituksissa. Tietojasi ei paljasteta kolmansille
osapuolille Kemira-konsernin ulkopuolelle. Tiettyä avointa tointa hakiessasi
tietoihisi pääsevät vain tämän toimen
rekrytoiva esimies ja henkilöstöhallinnon vastuuhenkilöt.
Vapauttamalla profiilisi/avoimen hakemuksesi tietosi ovat mukana
tietokantahauissa. Henkilöstöhallinnon vastuuhenkilöt
suorittavat Talent Poolissa hakuja ja etsivät sopivia kandidaatteja avoimiin
toimiin. Mikäli profiilisi on sopiva, sinulle
lähetetään sähköpostiviesti, jossa sinua pyydetään hakemaan tätä tiettyä
tehtävää. Voit halutessasi milloin tahansa lukita
tai poistaa tietosi tietokannasta tai peruuttaa hakemuksesi.
Rekisteröitymällä järjestelmään ja vapauttamalla tietosi hyväksyt myös Kemiran
henkilöstöhallinnon yhteydenotot markkinointitarkoituksissa.
Poistuessasi Kemiran e-Rekrytointisovelluksesta tyhjennä internet-selaimesta
historiatiedot ja poista evästeet. (Ulkoiset)
Tietojen säilytys
Tietosi poistetaan järjestelmästä paikallisen
lainsäädännön mukaisesti. Avointen hakemusten tiedot säilytetään järjestelmässä
kuuden kuukauden ajan. Halutessasi voit jatkaa profiilisi/avoimen hakemuksesi
voimassaoloa päivittämällä tietojasi.
Tiettyyn tehtävään liittyviä hakijatietoja säilytetään järjestelmässä 18
kuukauden ajan.
Tietosuojaselosteen päivitykset
Kemira-konserni varaa itselleen oikeuden päivittää
Tietosuojaselostetta. Selosteen voimaantulopäivä näkyy otsikon yhteydessä.
